My Story

Over the years, I’ve experienced a lot of things that have made me who I am today.

I remember the days when I didn’t feel like I had control over anything.

People were always mad, babies were always crying, traffic was always TRAFFICKING, lol

I had difficulty eating, navigating my relationships, and even being kind to myself.

With no idea what to do or where to begin… I always felt stuck.

But I knew there had to be a better way to live.

A way that didn’t include sacrificing my mental health and wellness.

A way to feel in control of my body and have a more compassionate voice in my mind.

I get better at both everyday :)

When I started yoga and my spiritual practice it changed my life.

But it wasn’t the poses or flexibility that changed me

It’s our food, our bodies, our thoughts, our health, our minds.

For once, we’re putting ourselves first. Buckle up, baby.

We’re MOVING FORWARD.
